As the world of art goes, there’s nothing more unique than a custom hand-drawn pet portrait, or animal portraits for that matter.
Inspired by creativity, and always in search of a new challenge, this is why I originally decided to turn my attention to the world of drawing. With the help of books and a lot of hard work, I began to slowly refine my skills and eventually perfect the art of creating hand-drawn animal portraits, focusing first on dog portraits, cat portraits, and surprisingly, even horse portraits!
From there, I began to also offer custom art in the form of hand-drawn wildlife portraits to an ever-growing audience of animal art lovers.
Animals no doubt carry a special place in our human minds – ever since humans first started drawing on cave walls, the animal world served as an endless source of fascination. Studies have even shown that physiological changes occur when people view images of animals – a drop in heart rate, lower blood pressure, and reduced stress levels have all been attributed to this.

Each of my entirely-custom pet and wildlife portraits are lovingly detailed, and I create them completely free-hand using some of your favourite images of your favourite pet or wild animal.
Most times, all I need is just one perfect photo in order to capture the animal’s realism, beauty and soul – just remember that the photo needs to be full resolution, clear and in-focus, and of course with clear lighting!
For every single commission I guarantee only the finest quality of work – each of my animal portraits come with a certificate of authenticity signed by me, as well as artwork care instructions to ensure that they’re sure to last a lifetime.
For these portraits I also use only the finest materials in high-quality Caran d’Ache Luminance and Faber-Castell Colour pencils on Premium Artist’s Paperboard in order to really bring your custom portrait to life. As well as this, each animal portrait also comes mounted on acid-free board, ready for framing.
